WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and general Wix.com applications. Wix.com stores all personal data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We collect and store following information:

Information stored from using the website’s services

Data from analytics
Product reviews, customers groups and interests based on browsing and purchase information.
HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN CUSTOMER INFORMATION?
We store your personal data only for the time that legislation requires it or as it is necessary. We remove all personal data at the latest when five years have passed since your last login as a registered user.
You can ask for removal of your customer account at any time. When this occurs, all your personal data and purchase history will be removed from the register. After that, we can no longer identify you nor restore your account. In order to remove you account, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
Concerning cookies that have been stored to your device, they last at most 24 months from the moment you visit the website as a registered user.
TO WHOM DO WE GIVE DATA?
We comply with good data protection policies, Finnish legislation and the general data protection regulation of the EU when handling or handing over your personal data. We monitor and restrict the access to stored personal data, and only those employees at OAC Finland, who are responsible for the website marketing, development, sales and customer service, may use the information.
Occasionally we need to transfer data to third-party services, for example for information storage, analytics and marketing purposes. With all our partners we have strict agreements, which consider the requirements of both the Finnish legislation and EU’s data protection act. Our partners are not allowed to use your personal data for their own purposes, or to transmit information forward.
HOW DO WE PROTECT THE REGISTER?
The information within our customer register is stored in a system that requires a login with username and a password. The system is maintained on servers of which technical maintenance and data protection belongs to Wix.
YOUR RIGHTS CONCERNING DATA COLLECTION
You have following rights concerning the collection of your personal data:
The right to check your personal information in the register and, if necessary, to ask to correct, remove or transfer the information from one system to another
The right to restrict or object to the handling of your personal data
